白川の紅茶は、季節がゆっくりと積み重なる土地で育ちます。
冬の“白”から、芽吹きの淡緑、そして深まる香りへ——その移ろいを、和紅茶の味わいとして届けます。
Shirakawa tea grows where seasons layer slowly. From winter’s white to the first green buds, then into deeper aroma—this transition becomes the taste of Japanese black tea.
冬〜早春。冷え込みと積雪が、茶樹に静かな休息を与えます。
“何もない白”ではなく、次の季節の香りと甘みを蓄える白。
Winter to early spring. Cold air and snow grant the tea plants a quiet rest.
This white is not emptiness—it is preparation, storing aroma and sweetness for what comes next.
雪解け水が清流となり、霧が立ちのぼる頃。
白は生成りへ、生成りは淡緑へ。香りの輪郭が少しずつ目を覚まします。
As snow becomes clear water and mist rises, white softens into off-white, then a hint of green.

新芽が伸びる季節。香りは繊細で、後味は澄み、甘みはやさしく前へ。
