First Flush は、雪に眠る冬を越え、最初に芽吹いた新芽のみから作られる白川和紅茶です。
香りは繊細で、口当たりは軽やか。後味には、澄んだ甘みだけが静かに残ります。

First Flush is crafted only from the earliest buds that emerge after winter rest beneath the snow.
Delicate in aroma, light on the palate, and leaving a clean, gentle sweetness in the finish.

生育期間が短く、収穫量も限られるため、毎年ごく少量のみの生産となります。
Secret Tea Retreat では、この一番茶を「販売する商品」というよりも、
風土と季節を共有するための特別な一杯として位置づけています。

Because of its short growing period, production is extremely limited each year.
Rather than a standard product, we regard this tea as a special cup for sharing terroir and season.
